Ray's first day at the baseball clinic!

Yesterday, Ray was supposed to start his baseball clinic, but due to the weather, it was rained out. He was disappointed, but understood. Today, when we arrived, he was immediately surrounded by helpful young boys who wanted to know all about him...and he told them without hesitation! Within minutes, he was nicknamed "Shorty" and he loved every minute of his first day! I wasn't sure about this at first, but I know now that Ray was ready despite his age. He did everything the big boys did and tried his very best. I was overwhelmed with happiness just watching him and am as excited as he is for tomorrow!
